All rates are in Swiss Francs (CHF) per room per day and include breakfast buffet, tourist tax, VAT and service charge.

• Oral greements will only be effective once confirmed by the hotel in writing.

• All reservations have to be made in writing.

Unless there is a written agreement to the contrary:

• checking-in at 3p.m. on the day of arrival

• checking-out by 11a.m. on the day of departure

• up to 30 days prior to arrival, no charges

• up to 10 days prior to arrival, 50% of the whole reservation

• less than 10 days prior to arrival, 100% of the whole reservation

• Later arrival or earlier departure will be fully charged

All invoices have to be settled at time of departure in cash or credit cards. Settlement of the invoice after departure have to be agreed by the hotel management in advance.

All the above listed conditions cancellation and payment policies are also valid for any special offer, package and last minute offer. There is no refund for not claimed services of any offer.
