General Terms and Conditions
| Prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) per room and day including breakfast buffet, VAT and service.
Excluding visitor's tax and duties CHF 3.60/person per night Parking subject to availability. |
| Binding bookings and changes must be made in writing and reconfirmed by the hotel.
Verbal agreements shall only become effective once they have been confirmed in writing by the hotel. |
| Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the following applies:
Check-in from 15.00 on the day of arrival Check-Out until 11.00 a.m. on the day of departure |
| Up to 30 days before arrival free of charge, no cancellation fees.
Up to 10 days before arrival, we charge 50% of the booked arrangement. Less than 10 days before arrival, we charge 100% of the booked arrangement. In the event of late arrival or early departure, the full room price will be charged. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. |
| All bills are to be paid in cash or by credit card on departure. Invoicing must be agreed with the hotel in advance. |
| All of the above terms and conditions also apply to special offers, packages and last-minute offers. Services not used cannot be refunded. |
